TM1 Tickets is a professional in-game support system designed to streamline player management and staff communication on your server. With a sleek Discord-inspired interface built in React, your staff can handle reports, requests and incidents directly in-game — no external tools needed.

Ticket Types

Fully customisable and created in-game: no file editing, no server restart. Each type supports custom icons, accent colours, dynamic form fields (text, numbers, images, video, target player) and granular access control by staff rank, job or gang.

Real-Time Chat

Every ticket has a live chat between the player and staff, with full media support: images, videos, YouTube, Medal.tv, Streamable and Twitch Clips — all rendered as embedded previews directly inside the chat.

Staff Tools

From inside any ticket, staff can act on the player instantly — teleport to them, bring them over, spectate, freeze or kick. Each action has its own permission control and automatically disables when the player goes offline.

Organisation & Permissions

Pin tickets, mark favourites, filter by type or status, and track read state per staff member. A granular permission system lets you define exactly what each rank can do, configured from a single config.lua.
